Accounts Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our hospital’s finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in Tally software, and a solid understanding of healthcare financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
• Handle billing, payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and reports as per accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and budgeting.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Tally (latest version) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliation.
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
