Staff Nurse (NICU)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Staff Nurses (NICU) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns in a state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to neonates as per clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and assist in the management of ventilators and other NICU equipment.
• Administer medications and document patient care accurately.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support and counsel parents on newborn care and treatment updates.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing ( 0-5 years) with valid registration under the State Nursing Council.
• Prior NICU / pediatric experience preferred (freshers with keen interest may apply).
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
