Job Purpose
To manage the complete accounting functions of the organization, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in accounting software.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and handle GST reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit.
Handle notices and queries from statutory authorities.
Payroll & Employee Accounts
Oversee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and related statutory deductions.
Ensure accuracy in payroll accounting and compliance.
Prepare MIS reports for management on:
Profit & Loss
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow
Expense analysis
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.
Ensure proper documentation and approval for payments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,240.50 per month
