Job Description

As an Accounts Manager at Pixoxiq Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance through ERP software in a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day accounting operations in ERP software. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and cost control. - Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax. - Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. - Collaborate with HR, purchase, and production departments for accurate accounting data. **Required Qualifications & Experience:** - Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. - Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or equivalent). - Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards.
