Job Description

About the Company- Kayamkulam based NBFC company Duties & Responsibilities: · Determine financial objectives and design systems and policies to support internal financial control · Develop and update accounting, finance, and management policies and procedures · Manage cash flow and monitor budgets and actual costs and revenues · Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use · Liaise with banks, RBI, and other financial institutions · Handle GST, TDS, and income tax assessment and audits · Ensure ROC and company secretary compliance and statutory audit Qualifications & Skills: CA or ICMA Intermediate Graduated on MCom At least 5 years of experience in a related field Benefits: · Competitive salary. · Opportunities for career growth and advancement. · Provident Fund (PF) · Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) · Bonus (as per government norms and company procedures) Note: · Looking candidates from in and around Kayamkulam only or willing to relocate · Males preferred .
