1. Monthly Sales and Inventory Closing in Tally
2. Monthly books of accounts closing
3. Annual Closure of Branch Accounts with completion of dealer commission, incentive, balance confirmations
4. Weekly and monthly Debtors review report
5. Monthly expense report, variance analysis & cost control.
6. Statutory compliance - TDS/GST payment, return filing, notices & assessments.
7. Accounts reconciliation
8. Supervision of inventory & go-down stock reconciliation.
9. Inter Branch, HO & Factory stock transfer & transaction.
1. Education: B. Com/M. Com
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience
3. Accounting and Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), financial reporting, and tax regulations. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Zoho).
4. Analytical Skills: Efficient in MIS, Excel, data preparation Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
5. Attention to Details: High level of accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports.
6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication in English, Hindi & Kannda is required Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
