Annual Closure of Branch Accounts with completion of dealer commission, incentive, balance confirmations 4. Weekly and monthly Debtors review report 5. Monthly expense report, variance analysis & cost control. 6. Statutory compliance - TDS/GST payment, return filing, notices & assessments. 7. Accounts reconciliation 8. Supervision of inventory & go-down stock reconciliation. 9. Inter Branch, HO & Factory stock transfer & transaction. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Education: B. Com/M. Com 2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience 3. Accounting and Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), financial reporting, and tax regulations. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Zoho). 4. Analytical Skills: Efficient in MIS, Excel, data preparation Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. 5. Attention to Details: High level of accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports. 6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication in English, Hindi & Kannda is required Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
