· Supporting in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.

·Managing tax & Statutory compliances, including preparation and filing of

tax returns of, TDS, GST

· Vendor Payouts and employee reimbursements control check

· Update and prepare the monthly financial schedules for depreciation,

prepaid, provisions for expenses , Investments ,Borrowing and Other

closure activities along with monthly accounting entries in books and

actively participate in Monthly Books closure

· Administer and coordinate for timely statutory payments (PF,TDS, GST).

· Managing Internal audit and Statutory audits requirements

· Manage the Banking relationships and change in signatories on timely

basis

· Manage Vendor TDS certificates and reconciliation of Form 26AS

· Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for

improving financial performance.

· Staying up to date on changes in financial regulations and legislation.

· Adhoc requirements developing and implementing financial strategies to

meet organizational goals.
