Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Accounts Finalisation (Australian Shift, WFOH) in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the team in finalizing Australian client accounts and ensuring compliance.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Manage and oversee the accounting process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Job Requirements

Complete knowledge of Tax is mandatory.
Experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Taxation is required.
A B.Com degree is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and practices is beneficial.
