Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manager to lead our Accounts Finalisation team in Australia, with 3-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in Australian tax laws.

Roles and Responsibility

Review and finalize financial statements for Australian clients.
Ensure accurate tax computations and filings.
Lead a small team of accountants and provide technical guidance.
Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements.
Maintain compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Manage the accounts finalization process efficiently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or CA/CPA.
In-depth knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing and completing accounts finalization processes.
