Job Description

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
Handle finalization of accounts and prepare key financial statements – Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
Prepare management reports and MIS for decision-making.
Prior experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
