We are Hiring for Team Leader Accounts and Finance for our Plastic Injection Molding Component Manufacturing in Irrungatukottai Chennai
Job Description
1. Accounts Finalization
2. Preparation of Profit and Loss
3. Working with Internal and Stuatory Auditors
4. Ensuring IT Returns and Compliance of ROC Fillings with Company Secretary
5. Preparation of Stuatory taxes ESI PF TDS GST professional Taxes and timely Remittance to
Government filling of Respective Returns
6. Liaison with Government DGFT ETC
7. Preparation of cashflow statements and Week wise follow up with Debtors for Collection
8. Reconciliation of statement of Accounts, Monthly with Debtors and Creditors
9. Preparation and Monitoring of Monthly Factory Expenses and Budgets
10. Maintain Fixed Asset Register
11. Maintain Costing Sheet for all Plastic Components
. Maintain Costing Sheet for all Plastic Components
12. Maintaining costing sheet for all Plastic Components
13. Discuss with Bank for Increase in Working Capital and Term Loan Requirements
14. Submission of Dash Board Reports to the Management
15. Working closely with Plant Head
16. Guiding Accounting Executives to perform their duties Well
17. Should walk to the Shop Floor to observe the wastages
18. Should give monthly Suggestions for Improvements Continuous Improvements
