About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Expert with a strong foundation in core accounting principles and hands-on experience working with various accounting CRMs and software tools. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to understand and interpret written prompts, financial inputs, and system-generated instructions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recording Sample Tasks

• Generate prompts based on defined scenarios to prepare data/process flow for CRM models
• Execute task prompts on synthetic websites, replacing variables (e.g., {{name}}, {{company}}) with realistic, context-appropriate data.
• Explore the site beforehand to understand existing data and workflows, to capture a clean final recording.
• Avoid leaving default values in forms or edits; all inputs should be natural and believable.

Labeling Tasks

• Review your own session recording and validate the data points generated through the prompts to ensure positive outcomes.
• Review your own session recording and identify every action that

  creates, modifies, or deletes

  data.

• Draft a single, clear

  label prompt

  that describes exactly what was accomplished so that another person can replicate the outcome.

• Identifying and excluding non-substantive actions (e.g., navigation clicks, scrolling) and specifying all modified field values (e.g., “Create an account with first name ‘Bruce’ and last name ‘Wang’ located in San Francisco, CA”).

3.Maintain consistent accuracy, follow formatting guidelines, and meet daily productivity targets.

4.Communicate effectively with trainers and leads for feedback and clarification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or corporate finance.

• Hands-on experience with accounting CRMs or ERP tools (e.g., Snipeit, Firefly, Espocrm, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Excellent English comprehension skills to read, write, understand, and follow prompts/instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automated accounting workflows and digital finance tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
