Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Vplak India Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram
Salary Range: ₹2.1 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Generate financial reports and assist auditors when required.
Maintain accurate and updated financial documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
