Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and documentation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of real estate accounting, GST, TDS, and project cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client payments.
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and vouchers for all real estate transactions.
• Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS filings, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Track project-wise expenses, advance payments, and cost allocations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and management for financial data and approvals.
• Maintain proper records of property sales, customer advances, and commission payouts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts; experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other accounting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,424.06 - ₹50,639.62 per month
