Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accounts Executive located on-site in Kolkata. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and performing bank reconciliations. Additional tasks include maintaining and updating financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
