Urgent Requirement Documentation Executive 1. Documentation and Compliance - Check and file air and sea (FCL & LCL) shipping checklists - Complete ESANCHIT work - Register AD codes for sea and air shipments 2. Booking and Coordination - Place bookings with shipping lines, NVOCC, airlines, and IATA agents - Coordinate with customers for shipping instructions and loading details - Submit shipping instructions to shipping lines and obtain BL drafts 3. Shipping Documentation - Handle MBL draft as per agent requirements - Handle HBL draft as per customer requirements 4. Shipment Tracking and Follow-up - Provide shipment status notifications to exporters, consignees, and insurers - Track shipments until container loading on the vessel - Follow up with shipping lines regarding BL issues and invoicing - Arrange for smooth BL release - Send pre-alerts to agents and customers regarding shipments.
