Role – Accounts Executive
Job Location - Kochi (Preferring candidates from Ernakulam region)
Qualification – BCom/MCom Finance & Taxation with above 60% of mark
Experience – 0 – 2 years
Role & responsibilities
· Maintain proper books of accounts in Tally
· Ensure GST filing within due dates
· Issuing of Proforma Invoice, Invoice, and Purchase Orders as and when required
· Reconciliation of accounts – Cash, Bank, Customer and Vendor
· Reconciliation of 26AS with Books of accounts
· Assist in quarterly or half-yearly audit
· To check and ensure that all the statutory payments are timely
· To ensure proper documentation
· Verification of TA Claims and submission for processing
· Updating Purchase orders and receipts in CRM (Customer Relations Management)
· Help in the preparation of MIS reports
· Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and customers
· Protects the organization's value by keeping finance-related information confidential
· Staying up-to-date on changes in financial regulations and legislation.
