Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with bookkeeping, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting transactions in Tally or other accounting software.
• Prepare invoices, handle billing, and track payments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting processes.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in payroll accounting or vendor management.
• Exposure to audit support and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
