Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive Company: Humma Dairy & Agro Venture Location: Bhubaneswar Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM About : Humma Dairy is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards in hygiene, sustainability, and innovation. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting entries. Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts. Generate and verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Assist the Senior Accountant in audits and financial reports. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role (preferably in FMCG/dairy/manufacturing). Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, or similar). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Good organizational and time management skills.
