Working Days & Hours:

• 6 days a week
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

Shree Flowers is looking for an Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling day-to-day accounting, billing, and inventory management. The candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed in Tally Prime, and able to manage accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations in Tally Prime.
• Handle inventory accounts and billing processes.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Work on Excel for data management, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Manage emails and official correspondence related to accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth flow of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparation of monthly/annual financial reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of billing and accounts handling.
• Good communication and email writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting preferred.
