Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Prepare and generate invoices for clients in a timely manner.
• Record all financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor receivables and follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all entries are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, payments, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for smooth financial operations.
• Support the Accounts Manager in audits and financial reporting as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel and data entry skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
