Job Title: Accounts Executive – Purchase Head

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive – Purchase Head to oversee vendor management, handle on cal and others purchase operations, and ensure smooth financial tracking of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchase process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and order placements.
• Maintain and reconcile purchase-related accounts, invoices, and payment records.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.
• Verify purchase bills, match them with purchase orders and GRNs.
• Liaise with suppliers for best pricing, timely deliveries, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain purchase registers and MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with store, sales, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to purchases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts and purchase operations (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
