Accounts Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including Tally entries, sales bills, and e-way bills. Tax & Compliance: Handle GST filings (GSTR1 & GSTR2), and manage salary, ESI, and EPF related accounts. Banking Operations: Reconcile bank statements, manage bank payments, and oversee petty cash transactions. Inventory & Purchases: Manage purchase records and maintain accurate inventory data. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits. Import & Export Documentation: Handle accounting aspects related to import and export activities. Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other teams to ensure seamless financial processes. Proactive Management: Proactively identify and resolve accounting issues, manage records and files efficiently, and optimize daily schedules for time utilization. Performance Review: Conduct monthly self-reviews of performance and participate in monthly management reviews (MIR). Skills Tally (Accounting) Computer - Window, MS Office, Internet browsing Emails Correspondence Language - English, Hindi Qualification Bachelor+ degree.
