Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and will play a key role in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the finance department in maintaining records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment of bills and collection of outstanding dues.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor discrepancies in accounts.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing taxes, including GST and TDS returns.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting process and monitor actual expenses against the budget.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
  • Vendor and Client Coordination: Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding payments, billing, and other financial matters.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they align with the budget.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting (M.Com/CA Inter is a plus).
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in managing financial transactions and preparing reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Working Conditions:

  • Office - based.
  • Full-time position with standard working hours.
