Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in management accounting, GST, and TDS.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage periodic accounting reports and present results to stakeholders.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status for business decisions.
Provide periodic Management Accounting reports to support strategic planning.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures for efficiency.
Participate in financial standards setting and the forecast process to drive growth.
Prepare variance analysis against budget to identify areas for improvement.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting principles.

Job Requirements

Team player with thorough knowledge of all accounting principles and procedures.
Accuracy and attention to detail with aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
Experience in accounting software such as Tally 9.0 is required.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualification: B.Com or M.Com.
Industry: IT Software - Telecom.
