Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage domestic vendor payments and import payment receipts.
Prepare and review payment and contra entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in export work and IDPMS tasks as required.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of GST returns and TDS filings.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and other accounting software is required.
Experience in debtors and creditors reconciliation, along with strong analytical skills, is necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are vital.
Familiarity with accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements is expected.
Qualification: B.Com, M.Com.
Industry: Accounting / Auditing / Taxation.
