Job Title: Accounts Administrator Location: Bengaluru, India Department: Finance / Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant Employment Type: Full time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting and finance tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Process accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Manage invoices, credit notes, and payments. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes. Assist with tax filings and statutory compliance. Perform general administrative duties as required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools.
