Accounts Executive

As an experienced candidate with 3-5 years of accounting or finance roles, your role overview will involve reconciling bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, performing month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing and submitting tax returns, and supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information, communicate effectively with team members and management, assist in the closure of reconciling items by understanding the root cause and liaising with other finance functions for resolution, drive process improvements and standardization activities, manage export documentation, and maintain accurate records of exports using SAP. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies - Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions - Performing month-end and year-end closing activities - Preparing and submitting tax returns and other statutory filings - Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information - Working closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information - Communicating effectively with team members and management - Assisting in the closure of reconciling items by understanding the root cause and liaising with other finance functions for resolution - Driving process improvements and standardization activities - Managing export documentation, including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents - Maintaining accurate records of exports using SAP Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
