Job Title: Accounts Executive | 5 Days Working
Location: Noida
Experience: 1+ years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance department in various operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, etc.).
• Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense vouchers.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• File GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
