Accounts Executive Qualification :- B.com or M.com /Any Experience:- 3 to 4 years experienced in accounts field Location:- Bengaluru (Peenya) Job Description Payments - Suppliers / EMI / Statutory / Salary Monthly filing - GST/TDS/PT Documentation for Quarter / Annual filing Documentation for Balance sheet preparation All Loans - Documentation to Bank Script sales ( RODTEP ) GST refund - Documentation & Coordination with Auditor ODI - Documentation to Bank Advance Licensing / DGFT - Documentation Drip Capital - Documentation for Export payment Any other job as assigned by management from time to time Export Invoice - Consignment / Sample / Proforma E Way Bill Preparation E invoice in Govt Portal Payment follow up / BRC GST 0.1% Documentation and coordination with suppliers Inward remittance verification with relevant invoice Stock Audit - Stores Raising Credit note / Debit note Purchase / Sales Entries in Tally ( if & when ) Any other job as assigned by management from time to time.
