Accounts cum Admin Executive

As an Accounts cum Admin Executive at our Bengaluru office, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts and overseeing day-to-day office administration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and banks as required. - Oversee day-to-day office administration, including procurement of office supplies and vendor management. - Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistical arrangements. - Maintain employee attendance and leave records. - Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping. - Handle correspondence and documentation to ensure efficient office operations. - Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential. - Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP, or other accounting software. - Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
