Job Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive-

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in accounts and office administration.

Accounts:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and banks as required.
• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).

Administration:

• Oversee day-to-day office administration, including procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistical arrangements.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Handle correspondence, documentation.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP, or other accounting software.
• Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
