Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice entries, vendor coordination, and assisting in financial record maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).
Maintain books of accounts in Tally or relevant accounting software.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation, petty cash, and journal entries.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and vendors for financial queries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist senior accountants in preparing reports as needed.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel is mandatory.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation preferred.
Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.Job Type:
