Accounts Assistant

Experience Required:** 3–4 Years (Purely Accounting Background)

*Preferred Qualification:** CA Pass-out or CA Pursuing (Intermediate Level at least)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should come from a core accounting background with 3–4 years of experience and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliations, and reporting. Candidates who are CA qualified or currently pursuing CA (preferably in the final or intermediate stage) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance

· Prepare and maintain financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Assist in finalization of accounts and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

· Support audits – internal, statutory, and tax audits

· Ensure accurate documentation and timely filing of returns

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders like CA firms or auditors

· Maintain updated records of invoices, payments, and transactions

· Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities when needed

Skills & Qualifications:

· B.Com/M.Com with a strong accounting foundation

· CA Passout or Pursuing CA (Final/Inter level) preferred

· 3–4 years of relevant experience in core accounting

· Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and compliance

· Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho/Busy/QuickBooks etc.)

· Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability

· Good communication and reporting skills

**Work Hours:** Full-time (Mon–Sat)
