Job Description

To support the Finance and Accounts team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by performing data entry, journal posting, and inventory accounting activities in Tally ERP. The role requires hands-on experience in day-to-day bookkeeping and familiarity with standard accounting practices.

Ideal candidates shall be , B.Com / M.Com Graduates with Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting data entry and Tally operations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP (Prime / Tally.ERP 9).
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and journal posting.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and other office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Key functions

Enter daily accounting transactions including journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and contra entries in Tally.
Perform ledger posting and reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis.
Maintain and update inventory entries, purchase and sales records, and stock adjustments in Tally.
Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded, filed, and stored in compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to verify and validate supporting documents for entries.
Generate accounting reports and summaries from Tally as required by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
