Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support our finance and operations teams. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, invoicing, receivables follow-ups, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts on Tally (ERP)
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Track outstanding balances and follow up with clients for timely collections
• Prepare and share outstanding reports with management
• Inform management about bills and payments due (vendors, shipping lines, transporters, etc.)
• Assist in bank entries, expense recording, and ledger reconciliation
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure billing accuracy
• Support GST-related data preparation (returns filed by CA)
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (logistics experience is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing norms
• Good follow-up and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
