Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should be proficient in MS Office and have a working knowledge of Tally Prime. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate effective time management abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic administrative duties such as printing, sending emails, handling courier dispatches, and managing office supply orders. - Assist and coordinate with the sales team as well as the Front Office team. - Sort incoming and outgoing mail and materials efficiently. - Keep track of material dispatches and maintain accurate entries. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is a requirement. - Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting is essential. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required. Please note that the job type for this role is full-time and the work location is in person at Panaji, Goa. It is necessary to have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
