As a Technical Sales Engineer you will use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products.Clients you will be interacting with, will be technical staff from non-retail organizations from the Industrial Estates in Goa. You must be able to communicate technical issues to customers, which means you need to be able to explain the issues and fixes in a way that is equally understood by the tech-challenged user. You also need to be good listeners, carefully listening to the user’s concern, and solving his or her problem. Must calculate client quotations, analyze costs and sales, prepare reports and keep customer records. Review & understand the client's RFQ documents. To prepare error free techno-commercial offers & technical data sheets as per customer's requirement . Maintain records, provide technical support & follow-up for proposals. Technically clearing & processing the order Coordinating with existing clients, dealers, and vendors for sales, queries, and any requirements To assist Sales Manager during the order finalization.
