Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements

      • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
      • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related finance role
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team
      • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software; experience with SAP is an advantage
      • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

      • Process invoices and payments to support the accounts payable function
      • Prepare and process monthly payments accurately and on time in accordance with compliance of company policy and payment terms
      • Maintain and organize monthly financial records to ensure proper documentation and filling
      • Work closely with superiors to complete assigned tasks and perform any ad-hoc duties as required
