Workplace Interior Pvt ltd Location: Govandi Employment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 1–3 years (preferred)Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMAccounts & Operations Assistant We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled Accounts & Operations Assistant who is proficient in Excel and has a basic understanding of international accounting processes including freight charges (sea & air freight). The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint for supporting documentation and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Operations:
Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and reports.
Work on Excel sheets for quotations
Handle basic documentation related to international shipping including sea freight, air freight, and logistics charges.
Support with vendor communication and payment tracking.

Design & Documentation:

Prepare layout or technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Design basic marketing or presentation materials using Photoshop and PowerPoint.
Assist in formatting and editing company profiles, project presentations, etc.
