Work extensively on Excel for BOQ preparation, pricing, costing, and quotation management. Handle BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and verification. Manage pricing work, including material, freight, and air freight costings. Prepare and share quotations with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of design and procurement processes. *Requirements:* Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, costing, BOQ formatting). Experience in preparing BOQs, quotations, and costing sheets. Ability to handle freight and air freight pricing. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is preferred.
