Job Description

As an Interior Designer / Design Coordinator at Workplace Interior, you will play a crucial role in creating modern and efficient workplaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and develop drawings using AutoCAD. - Work extensively on Excel for BOQ preparation, pricing, costing, and quotation management. - Handle BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and verification. - Manage pricing work, including material, freight, and air freight costings. - Prepare and share quotations with accuracy and timeliness. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of design and procurement processes. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, costing, BOQ formatting). - Experience in preparing BOQs, quotations, and costing sheets. - Ability to handle freight and air freight pricing. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is preferred.,
