Job Title: Manager - FP&A | FMCG (Meat Processing)

Location: Mumbai (Local Candidates Only no Relocation)

About the Role:

Business Finance Manager (CA qualified)

must be based in Mumbai

Key Focus Areas:

• Business Finance & Planning

• Financial Forecasting & Reporting

• FP&A and Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

  for business units
• Drive

  business forecasting, budgeting

  , and performance tracking
• Support senior management with

  strategic business plans and presentations

• Prepare and present

  management reports, dashboards, and business reviews (MIS)

• Perform

  financial analysis

  , trend monitoring, cost analysis, and scenario modeling
• Support

  pricing strategies

  and product profitability analysis
• Prepare and consolidate

  financial statements

  as per compliance standards
• Coordinate

  monthly closings

  , accruals, and intercompany accounting
• Ensure smooth

  audit coordination

  statutory, internal, and tax
• Manage

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  processes including

  ACPL payments

• Ensure adherence to policies under

  Indian Customs Act

  , including:
• Advance Authorization
  
• Duty-Free Import Authorization (DFIA)
  
• EPCG
  
• Deemed Export Benefits
  
• Bonded Warehouse Operations
  

Candidate Profile:

• CA Qualified

  with

  45 years

  post-qualification experience
• Currently working in an

  FP&A / Business Finance role

• Prior experience in

  FMCG

  or

  Commodity Trading

  industries preferred
• Strong understanding of

  business planning, forecasting, and cost analysis

• Proficiency in

  Excel, PowerPoint

  , and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Excellent

  analytical and presentation skills

• Must be

  currently based in Mumbai

• Open and comfortable to work in

  meat processing sector
