Job Description

Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

manufacturing finance

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire
Accounts & Finance department
.
Oversee
financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of
financial statements
, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Manage
statutory compliance
including
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings
.
Supervise
internal audits
,
statutory audits
, and liaise with auditors and consultants.
Implement and monitor
cost control systems
,
budget variance analysis
, and
inventory valuation
.
Handle
project costing, job costing, and capital expenditure analysis
specific to furnace manufacturing projects.
Evaluate and improve
financial policies, systems, and processes
.
Manage
banking operations
, working capital, and fund flow.
Support the top management in
strategic planning
, feasibility studies, and financial risk assessment.
Ensure compliance with
Companies Act
, labour laws, and other financial regulations.

Required Skills

Strong command over
manufacturing finance, costing, and ERP systems
(Tally/Odoo/Zoho/Any other ERP system).
In-depth knowledge of
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
and
taxation laws
.
Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in
financial modelling and MIS reporting
.
Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.

Preferred Background

Experience in
heavy engineering / industrial furnace / fabrication
industries.
Exposure to
capital equipment manufacturing
or
project-based costing
environments.
