Responsibilities: Identify new leads from food manufacturers, wholesalers and institutional buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and B2B customers. Handle customer inquiries, send quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
### **Key Responsibilities** #### **Accounts Responsibilities**: * Maintain books of accounts using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (or any ERP used by the company). * Manage accounts payable/receivable and daily cash/bank transactions. * Prepare monthly GST, TDS filings and assist in statutory compliances. * Handle invoice generation, expense tracking, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. * Support external audits and coordinate with CA/consultants for compliance. * Prepare and analyze financial reports (P\&L, balance sheet, MIS reports). #### **HR Responsibilities**: * Manage recruitment process – job posting, shortlisting, coordinating interviews. * Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. * Handle payroll processing, ESI/PF submissions, and salary disbursements. * Support onboarding, exit formalities, and issue offer/relieving letters. * Develop basic HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. * Organize employee engagement activities and manage office administration when needed. --- ### **Required Skills & Qualifications** * B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA with a specialization in Finance/HR. * 2–4 years of experience in accounts & HR roles, preferably in FMCG/start-up environment. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP software, and HR management tools. * Strong understanding of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
