The Role: Why You Are Important

As our Accounts and Finance Manager, you will own the entire financial lifecycle of the company. From managing daily micro-transactions across multiple sites to preparing board-ready financial reports, your work will directly influence our strategic decisions. We need someone who looks beyond the ledger to find insights that help us optimize costs and maximize revenue. In a high-volume, transaction-heavy business like ours, the Accounts and Finance Manager isnt just a "numbers person" you are the navigator of our ship. We want someone who has the technical chops but also the "startup hustle."

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Controller-ship & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Conduct

  daily reconciliation

  of parking collections (cash and digital) across all sites to ensure zero leakage.

2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of statutory and internal audits.
• Stay updated on the latest amendments in financial regulations affecting the service/tech industry.

3. Budgeting & Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with the management to create annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Perform Variance Analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and suggest corrective actions to optimize burn rate.
• Manage payroll processing and vendor contract financial terms.

4. Funds & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and manage working capital efficiently.
• Assist in due diligence processes for future fundraising rounds.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education:

  CA (Inter), MBA in Finance, or M.Com.

• Experience:

  5 to 8 years of core accounting experience. Experience in a

  startup

  ,

  retail

  , or

  hospitality

  environment (where high-volume transactions occur) is a massive plus.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Expert-level knowledge of

  Tally Prime

  or similar ERPs and advanced

  MS Excel

  (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling are your bread and butter).

• The "Audit" Eye:

  An obsession with detail. You should be the person who finds the 1 discrepancy in a 1 Crore statement.

• Ownership Mindset:

  We need someone who takes the lead and solves problems before they reach the Founder’s desk.
