What will you be part of?

Finance & Accounts Manager

You’ll handle end-to-end accounting functions such as books of accounts, GST and TDS filings, monthly closures, and preparation of management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step. You’ll also support audits, statutory filings, and bank-related operations, contributing to smooth and efficient financial management. Along the way, you’ll mentor and lead the finance team, set performance goals, and build a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged.

This role is more than accounting—it’s about ownership, leadership, and being a trusted partner in the company’s long-term success.

What are we looking for?

You’ll be part of the internal team, reporting directly to the company’s founder, and will handle tasks such as bank operations, including OD renewal and forex transactions, AP payments, statutory and tax audits, MCA compliance support, MIS preparation, and coordination with customers and vendors. Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office is a must, and you should be sincere, confident, and eager to learn. Flexibility is key—you should be ready for occasional late hours when required.
