Job Description

Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.
MIS Reporting:
Develop and deliver accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports, presenting key financial performance indicators to stakeholders.
Accounts Finalization:
Oversee and manage the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely completion for audit.
Invoicing Management:
Supervise and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the invoicing process.
CA Coordination:
Coordinate effectively with Chartered Accountants (CAs) for various financial and tax-related matters, including audits and statutory filings.
Balance Sheet Management:
Apply sound knowledge of balance sheets to analyze financial health, manage assets and liabilities, and identify areas for financial optimization.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business operations, identify trends, and inform strategic initiatives.
Compliance:
Ensure all accounting and financial practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with various internal departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights.
