Financial Management and Reporting: Supervise and control the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support organizational objectives. Statutory and Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns , TDS returns , and other statutory filings. Oversee all statutory, internal, and tax audit requirements in coordination with auditors and consultants. Maintain compliance with relevant financial, taxation, and regulatory frameworks. Company Secretarial Matters: Manage ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and related secretarial compliance. Coordinate with company secretarial professionals for timely submissions and corporate governance requirements. Team Management: Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. Provide mentorship and support for professional development within the finance team. Coordination and Liaison: Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Support senior management in financial planning, decision-making, and MIS reporting.
